ABOUT ME
Chelsea Vickers is a yoga instructor with the ability to translate her knowledge of health and wellness into a full body movement experience. She has been teaching for over 15 years and practicing for even longer. Her passion for health and wellness has had her travel to many corners of the world. Having studied the yoga philosophy internationally, in Northern India, Iceland, Hawaii and East Africa, she brings her knowledge and broad spectrum of practices into an all-inclusive, empowering and full body relaxation experience.
Having settled in Montreal she has been working with professional level athletes, including the Montreal Canadiens, athletic therapists, osteopaths and soma trainers helping bring her teachings to an elite level of professionalism and understanding of the human body.
